Terms and Conditions of Use
General Terms and Conditions of Cinefiel.nl, established in Kerkrade. Version valid from December 1st, 2020.
1. General
In these general terms and conditions of sale, “Cinefiel.nl” means the company Cinefiel.nl.
2. Validity of General Terms and Conditions
The general terms and conditions relate to all sales that take place between Cinefiel.nl and the customer. An agreement between Cinefiel.nl and the customer is only concluded once Cinefiel.nl has sent an order confirmation to the customer.
3. Offers
All offers are without obligation, unless explicitly stated otherwise by Cinefiel.nl and are valid during the specified time or until the number of products associated with this offer are sold out. Offers from Cinefiel.nl do not automatically apply to repeat orders. Cinefiel.nl cannot be held to its offer if the customer should have understood that the offer, or any part thereof, contained an obvious mistake or error.
4. Prices / Price Increase
Unless indicated otherwise, all prices are expressed in Euro, including sales tax (VAT) and without shipping costs.
5. Delivery
The items will be shipped as soon as possible after ordering. All items listed in the webshop are in stock and available immediately. Cinefiel.nl can charge shipping costs to ship ordered items. The shipping costs are calculated according to the rates of PostNL and DHL, but additional shipping costs may be charged in the event of special circumstances.
6. Delivery time
A delivery time stated by Cinefiel.nl cannot be regarded as a fixed term. The delivery time starts after all necessary information is in the possession of Cinefiel.nl, after which Cinefiel.nl will try to make delivery within 2+ working days. Within the framework of the rules of distance selling, Cinefiel.nl (contractor) will execute orders urgently, but at least within 7 days. If this is not possible (because the ordered item is not in stock or no longer available), or there is a delay for other reasons, or an order cannot or only partially be executed, the consumer (client) will receive a message within 1 month after placing the order and in that case he has the right to cancel the order without costs and notice of default.
7. Exchange / return
Canceling an order is possible within 14 working days after placing the order. In this case, send us an email with the products to be canceled. Once the products have been returned, the money will be refunded to your account, minus the shipping costs. If the goods have not yet been shipped, the money will be refunded as soon as possible. In the event of exchange, the products must be returned unused, in the original packaging, and with labels attached. Products can be exchanged up to 30 days after receipt of the products.
8. Warranty
Cinefiel.nl only offers the warranty offered by the manufacturer, and will therefore replace products that become defective within a reasonable period of time. This does not apply to defects caused by improper handling. The warranty will lapse if you try to repair the products yourself. Damage must be reported immediately to Cinefiel.nl by e-mail and will then be handled further. This does not apply to single used collectables items, coming from a collection or a market.
9. Payment
Payment must be completed within 10 working days after ordering and is made by prepayment by means of Ideal or Paypal, MisterCash (Bancontact) or Giro / Bank transfer. Payments must be made in Euros only.
10. Privacy
Cinefiel.nl respects the privacy of online visitors to its website and is the sole owner of the information obtained through this website, unless stated otherwise. This information is not sold, shared or rented by Cinefiel.nl to third parties in any other way than stated in the privacy statement.
11. Governing Law
All offers and agreements of Cinefiel.nl are exclusively governed by Dutch law. The applicability of the Vienna Sales Convention is expressly excluded.
12. Complaints
If a customer is not satisfied with a product or delivery from Cinefiel.nl, contact can be made via info@cinefiel.nl with the subject "complaint". The complaint will then be dealt with as soon as possible.
13. General Conditions
Cinefiel.nl reserves the right to change the general terms and conditions at any time without giving any reason or notification.
