May 2018: new privacy legislation GDPR (AVG Algemene verordening gegevensbescherming)
The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) will come into effect on 25 May 2018. Then the same privacy rules apply within the EU. With the aim of protecting the rights of European citizens, herewith our privacy statement.

To ensure that the request for access has been made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your ID with the request. Make your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and Social Security Number (BSN) black in this copy. This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but within four weeks.
Cinefiel.nl would also like to point out that you have the right to file a complaint with the local data protection authorities in the jurisdiction where you work, where you reside or where the breach is alleged to have been committed.
